Currently, all French ski resorts have been given the green light to open for the winter season and
travel restrictions from the UK have been minimised.
We are as certain as possible that your holiday will go ahead as planned.
However, if circumstances change and France closes its borders, or forces the closure of the ski
resorts or Sainte Foy is forced to close due to a high incidence of Covid cases (a localised
lockdown) and you cannot travel to take up your holiday, we will fully reimburse all monies received
from you.
If the UK government bans travel to France or the WHO advises against travel to France (which could
invalidate your travel insurance) and we cannot therefore provide your accommodation, we will fully
reimburse all monies received from you.
If you (or a member of your party) contract Covid at home and you cannot travel to take up your
accommodation, you must contact your travel insurance provider. The Sainte Foy Chalet Company cannot
accept any responsibility for your inability to travel.
If you contract Covid in Sainte Foy or test positive for Covid in Sainte Foy and have to quarantine
or cannot travel home, again you must contact your travel insurance provider. The Sainte Foy Chalet
Company cannot accept responsibility for your situation. We will liase with your insurers to find a
solution wherever possible.
It is a currently a condition of accepting your booking that all adults in your party are double
vaccinated and carry a NHS Health Pass.
It is a condition of our booking contract that you have appropriate and full insurance cover that
covers you for all skiing and travel situations including the Covid related issues above.
